Universal Music Group is seeking a Senior Director, Finance Insights & Reporting to lead the FinCo Intelligence Platform, owning management reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights across CFO teams, regions, and OpCos.

You will drive platform strategy, semantics, and design standards, building a global BI team and aligning with Finance, CDO, and external partners to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise BI, management reporting, analytics products, or Finance information-delivery capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Finance management reporting, KPIs, variance analysis, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Strong fluency in enterprise BI platforms, cloud analytics, semantic models, BigQuery, security, and AI-enabled BI.
• Proven experience in platform evaluation, global product roadmaps, self-service governance and executive engagement.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced qualification preferred in music/entertainment.

Responsabilités

• Own the Governed BI starting point for Management Reporting and AI-enabled insights.
• Lead the Finance platform strategy, usability, security, and five-year TCO considerations.
• Deliver end-to-end product delivery for global reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Define design and governance standards for data semantics and self-service access.
• Oversee lifecycle from requirements to retirement, ensuring adoption and value realization.
