Job summary

Universal Music Group in Santa Monica is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two senior finance leaders as they build new global capabilities. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and handle confidential information with discretion.

The role sits at the center of a finance transformation across planning, forecasting, data, and analytics, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to shape how UMG Finance operates.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP, SVP, C-suite or equivalent senior executives in a complex global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage two senior leaders simultaneously and juggle priorities with transparency.
• Advanced calendar, meeting, travel and expense-management capability across multiple time zones.
• Strong project and program coordination skills, including tracking milestones, actions, decisions, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Core Executive Assistant responsibilities: complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, communications and confidentiality.
• Anticipate needs, create structure from ambiguity and ensure decisions are actioned.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, interviews, vendor sessions and offsites from end to end.
