Job summary

Legendary Entertainment in Burbank, CA seeks an Assistant, Film Physical Production to support the EVP, Physical Production. The role involves meticulous scheduling, travel coordination, and handling confidential information on a busy desk.

You will interact with talent, executives, and multiple departments to keep productions on track, including coordinating scripts, paperwork, and onboarding productions. This is a dynamic, detail-driven position at a leading studio.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of Executive Assistant experience at a major studio, agency, production company, or management company.
• Experience in production, office or set & development is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Roll calls, answer and field heavy phone calls professionally; manage calendar and emails.
• Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Greet talent, clients, and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Interface with high-profile talent and executives to support ongoing projects.
• Field information requests from public, media, and industry players.
• Data entry, transcribing, and compiling spreadsheets.
• Liaise with other Legendary departments to advance projects.
• Assist with production paperwork distribution and crew onboarding.
