Job summary

Legendary Entertainment is offering a part-time, paid internship in the Film Physical Production group in Burbank, CA for Spring 2027. The program provides hands-on experience, up to 29 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to fit academic commitments.

You will assist the Physical Production team on projects, maintain databases, prepare script breakdowns, handle daily paperwork, and gain exposure to executives and production staff through workshops and networking events.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university for the upcoming term OR recent graduate (within 6 months).
• GPA of 3.5 or higher is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Production team with various projects covering all aspects of production.
• Provide general office support, including administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update crew and stage databases regularly.
• Provide script breakdowns for upcoming Legendary feature films.
• Handle, archive, and manage daily paperwork from current productions.

Reporting to: VP, Physical Production

Application Window: October 14, 2026 - October 23, 2026

Program Dates: January 25, 2027 - April 2, 2027

Hourly Pay Range: $17.40 - $19.40

Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.

Summary

The Physical Production team is looking for someone with a great attitude and desire to learn, who is motivated and interested in the production side of film. In addition, the intern will work closely with the executives and members of the team.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Spring) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months


• A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Must possess unrestricted work authorization


• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills


• Strong organizational abilities


• Self-motivated and eager to learn


• Passionate about features film production
