Legendary Entertainment in Burbank is seeking an Assistant, Film Physical Production to support the EVP, Physical Production. This is a fast-paced, high-profile desk that requires meticulous organization, proactive communication, and the ability to multitask across calendars, travel, and production paperwork.

The role involves coordinating with Finance, VFX, Safety, Post Production and Creative departments, handling confidential information, greeting talent and guests, and liaising with other

Formación

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of Executive Assistant experience at a major studio, agency, production company, or management company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls, emails, and calendar; schedule meetings and travel.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Greet talent and clients professionally.
• Interface with high-profile talent, studio executives, and agents.
• Process and distribute production paperwork and scripts.
• Coordinate with other departments to progress projects.
• Assist crew and production management across development to release.
