William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC (WME) is seeking a proactive Assistant to support IMG Models LA and its leadership team. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and superb communication skills to manage multiple priorities across time zones.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience supporting a senior-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
CRM and SAP experience a plus.
Experience in fashion, beauty, entertainment, or talent management is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership and managers.
Manage calendars, schedules, to-do lists, and priorities.
Serve as a professional point of contact for talent, brands, clients, and internal teams.
Screen and route calls and communications.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, pitches, decks using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and Adobe.
Coordinate with talent across multiple time zones and manage expectations.
