The candidate will coordinate high‑value meetings, support digital campaigns, and partner with Philanthropy Shared Services to advance the foundation’s giving footprint

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent required.
• Three years of executive admin support with digital fundraising experience preferred.
• Non-profit or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the SVP & Chief Philanthropy Officer and manage the CPO's calendar and travel.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy Shared Services to drive digital fundraising and donor engagement.
• Create and schedule social media content and donor communications; monitor campaigns and metrics.
