Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as an administrative assistant or aide.
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of databases helpful.
• Experience with project management tools and donor platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute executive correspondence and briefing materials.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and meeting logistics for the TEDD.
• Serve as administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials and track action items for CRD leadership meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor and partner information.
