What You'll Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to support our Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with strategic project management and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic thinker who can manage both the day-to-day administrative needs of the CBDO and drive key business initiatives.

Executive Support (40%)
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as the gatekeeper for the CBDO, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strategic Support & Business Operations
- Act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the CBDO, assisting in decision-making, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business development goals.
- Track progress on key projects and provide regular updates to the CBDO and leadership teams
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as a liaison between the CBDO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.Support key partnerships by managing relationships, tracking deliverables, and coordinating meetings.
Process & Efficiency Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve business development processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Develop systems to enhance team coordination and project execution.
Special Projects & Initiatives
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CBDO, from research to execution.Support the preparation of business development materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports.
Who You Are:- 5+ years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, project management, or business operations roles, preferably in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Notion).
- Experience working in business development, partnerships, or sales-driven environments is a plus.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$89,440-$111,800
