Responsibilities

• Support development of brand partnership and experiential pitch materials
• Translate ideas into compelling client narratives and decks
• Research brands, trends, talent and industry activity
• Brainstorm experiential concepts and content ideas
• Provide administrative support: calendar, travel, expenses
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and note-taking
• Share updates on clients and recruits with agents and staff
• Identify process improvements and support workflows
• Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment
