Job description

UTA seeks an Assistant to support the Head of Experiences and Strategic Relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for brand partnerships, integrated marketing, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the team is positioned for success.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
  • Support the development of brand partnership and experiential pitch materials, including research, brainstorming, deck development, and persuasive storytelling

  • Help translate ideas into compelling, client-ready narratives that clearly articulate the opportunity, creative concept, and value to potential brand partners

  • Research brands, marketing trends, cultural moments, talent, and industry activity to inform partnership opportunities and new business pitches

  • Contribute to brainstorming around experiential concepts, content ideas, and major sports and cultural moments

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and preparation of materials for meetings

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling invitations, agendas, logistics, and note-taking

  • Help facilitate effective communication by sharing relevant updates and insights on clients and recruits with agents and staff

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support implementation of improved workflows and documentation

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support manager and broader team objectives

What You Will Need
  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant or in a coordinator-level role, preferably within sports, entertainment, marketing, media, experiential, brand partnerships, or another fast-paced environment

  • Genuine interest in marketing, integrated marketing, experiential, brand partnerships, and the intersection of sports and culture

  • Passion for persuasive storytelling and an ability to understand what makes an idea compelling to a brand or client

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize information and help turn ideas into clear, concise, compelling pitch materials

  • Strong visual instincts and comfort working in PowerPoint or similar presentation software; experience building or supporting client-facing decks is a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly

  • Curiosity about brands, consumer behavior, culture, sports, entertainment, and emerging trends

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
