The Executive Assistant is a highly adaptable and proactive member of our team, committed to supporting the CEO in leading with excellence and impact. You're not just task-oriented - you're solutions-driven. You love the challenge of jumping into a project, taking initiative, and getting things done, even when the roadmap isn't fully drawn.
You'll often work side-by-side with the CEO and become a trusted right hand for both recurring operational support and unpredictable day-to-day needs. Your strengths include resourcefulness, strong follow-through, and clear communication. You anticipate what needs to happen next, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership from start to finish.
You are a self-starter, a connector, and a doer. You believe small actions have a big impact, and you enjoy bringing order, creativity, and clarity to fast-moving environments.
