Executive Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Rate: 42-48/hr W2

A growing and innovative organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
- Flexibility to work additional onsite days as business needs require
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime when necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate scheduling priorities
- Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up activities
- Serve as a primary point of coordination for executive communications
- Coordinate executive team meetings, events, and site visits
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Assist with cross-functional project coordination and deadline management
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Preferred
- Experience supporting Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, or C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience coordinating international travel
- Strong proficiency with business technology and collaboration tools
