Related Realty, the data-driven, people-centric brand for South Florida real estate, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the President in Miami, FL. The role focuses on market research, document management, and high-level administrative support within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, 3–4 years in real estate, and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive-level staff.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update documents and reports; manage the President's schedule, travel, and appointments.
  • Conduct real estate market research across South Florida, tracking developments, pricing trends, inventory, and competitor projects.
  • Compile and summarize market data, sales comparables, and industry reports to support decision-making and business development.
  • Assist with research and development tasks related to new listings, emerging neighborhoods, and market opportunities in the South Florida condo and residential markets.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems for documents, files, listings, and market research materials.
  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and other activities as required; prepare materials for meetings and take minutes as needed.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and budgets related to real estate projects and initiatives.
  • Address the needs of team members, clients, visitors, and callers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Job Description: Related Realty, the data-driven, people-centric brand for South Florida real estate, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our President in Miami, FL. Related Realty was founded in 2011 by International Sales Group principal Craig Studnicky, along with Jorge Pérez, Chairman and CEO of The Related Group — uniting two of the industry’s most innovative and successful real estate organizations. The Administrative Assistant is a business professional who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and who brings both strong organizational skills and an interest in real estate market research and analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Create and update documents and reports; draft and process correspondence; manage the President’s schedule, travel, and appointments.
  • Conduct real estate and condo market research across South Florida, including tracking new developments, pricing trends, inventory, and competitor projects.
  • Compile and summarize market data, sales comparables, and industry reports to support the President’s decision-making and business development efforts.
  • Assist with research and development tasks related to new listings, emerging neighborhoods, and market opportunities in the South Florida condo and residential markets.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems for documents, files, listings, and market research materials, both for the general office and in support of specific projects.
  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and other activities as required; prepare materials for meetings and take minutes as needed.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and budgets related to real estate projects and initiatives.
  • Address the needs of team members, clients, visitors, and callers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
  • A two-year college degree in a related field; or four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in real estate, development, construction, and/or a related field, preferably supporting executive-level staff.
  • Interest in or familiarity with real estate market research, with the ability to gather, organize, and summarize market data clearly.
  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced work environment with diverse tasks and personalities.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, in a structured and organized manner.
  • Capability of exercising good judgment, tact, and discretion in all interpersonal contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
