Job summary

The Related Group is seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage all facets of the real estate closing process and serve as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys. You will ensure timely and accurate transactions, delivering a seamless closing experience.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and real estate specific software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files for all transactions.
  • Adhere to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Job Description
