Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, travel logistics, correspondence, meeting support, and project coordination. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule internal and external meetings and travel.
  • Screen and direct calls, emails and visitors; draft and edit professional correspondence.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries and expenses.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, prepare minutes, and track action items.
  • Assist with special projects and coordinate materials for board/investor meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.

Overview: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, typically the CEO, President, or other C-suite leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them. The Executive Assistant acts as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and a key point of contact, ensuring the executive's time is managed effectively and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management
    • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
    • Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the executive's time.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room booking, technology setup, and catering.
  • Communication & Correspondence
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors.
    • Draft, review, and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
    • Act as a liaison between the executive and functional heads, employees, and external parties.
  • Travel & Expense Management
    • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transportation).
    • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Manage travel logistics, including visa applications and currency exchange, as needed.
  • Meeting Support
    • Prepare meeting agendas, pre-reading materials, and presentations.
    • Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
    • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
    • Project Management & Support
      • Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as assigned.
      • Coordinate and manage small projects independently or as part of a team.
      • Help prepare and organize materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other critical events.
    • Office Administration
      • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
      • Order and maintain office supplies for the executive's office.
      • Handle personal errands or tasks for the executive, if requested and appropriate.
    • Relationship Management
      • Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with internal staff, clients, partners, and vendors.
      • Represent the executive and the company in a professional and positive light.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese is required.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software (e.g., Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms).
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications And Experience
    • Experience working for multinational companies.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools.
    • Event planning experience.

    • May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or support executive travel.
