THE ROLE
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The Strategic Executive Partner operates as an extension of the President — a high-agency operator who turns vision into execution, removes obstacles before they materialize, and ensures the organization moves at the speed the President demands.
You will be embedded in the highest-stakes decisions, conversations, and initiatives across the business. You don’t wait to be told what’s needed — you already know. You don’t accept “no” as a final answer — you find another way. You don’t manage a calendar — you manage outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Execution & RepresentationServe as the President’s primary proxy — attending meetings, representing positions, and making decisions on their behalf when delegated.
- Strategic Project OwnershipOwn the President’s most critical cross-functional initiatives from briefing to completion, driving alignment across departments and stakeholders.
- Force MultiplicationAnticipate needs, bottlenecks, and risks before they surface. Proactively clear the path so the President can operate at full leverage.
- Conflict Resolution & NegotiationNavigate internal and external conflicts with authority. Negotiate, push back, upscale, and resolve — whatever it takes to get to yes.
- Intelligence & CommunicationSynthesize complex information into sharp, decision-ready briefs, memos, and presentations. Cut through noise and surface what matters.
- AI-Powered OperationsDeploy AI tools, automation, and emerging technology to accelerate workflows, reduce friction, and solve problems faster than anyone else in the room.
- Stakeholder ManagementManage high-stakes external relationships — partners, vendors, investors, and executives — with discretion, polish, and follow-through.
- Accountability & Follow-ThroughHold the organization accountable to the President’s priorities. Track commitments, flag misalignment, and close the loop.
WHO YOU ARE
- You operate with extreme ownership. When something is yours, it gets done — full stop.
- You are persuasive and relentless. “That can’t be done” is a starting point, not an answer.
- You read rooms, politics, and people quickly. You know when to push hard and when to finesse.
- You are comfortable sitting in ambiguity and making sharp judgment calls without a playbook.
- You are fluent in AI tools — not as a novelty, but as a core part of how you work every day.
- You match the President’s pace. Fast, direct, high-standard, no excuses.
- You are discreet. You handle sensitive information, conversations, and relationships with absolute confidentiality.
- You have a bias for action but know when alignment matters more than speed.
