In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring priorities stay on track, meetings run smoothly, and critical information is delivered accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
Gather, analyze, and summarize information for business reporting.
Track action items and follow up to help drive accountability and execution.
Capture and distribute meeting minutes and key decisions as needed.
Manage expense reporting, filing systems, and other administrative functions.
Maintain budgets and inventory for marketing and promotional materials.
B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
5 plus years’ experience supporting senior level executives
Highly proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Concur, Costpoint or Lotus Notes preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – written, oral
Ability to handle discreet and confidential information
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to organize variety of material and data
Notary preferred
