Qualifications

• Experience supporting or interacting with senior executives (C-suite exposure strongly preferred).
• Three years Recruitment Coordinator or C-Suite Executive Assistant with demonstrated stability with at least three years employment at one company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal settings.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities with precision.
• Healthcare or physician recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex interview itineraries involving physicians and C-suite executives.
• Coordinate all aspects of candidate travel with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee database management and ensure accuracy across all recruitment systems.
• Serve as a polished, professional liaison between candidates and executive stakeholders.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience.

We are seeking a Healthcare Executive Assistant who thrives in a customer service oriented, high-expectation environment and takes pride in flawless execution. This role is the engine to orchestrating physician recruitment processes and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and senior healthcare leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex, interview itineraries involving physicians and C-suite executives
• Coordinate all aspects of candidate travel with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare or physician recruitment preferred
• Working knowledge of physician specialties and recruitment dynamics
