Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support a non-profit organization based in California. In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team to enhance mission-driven initiatives and contribute to overall success.
Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing events and programs, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Work closely with various departments to facilitate communication and support collaborative efforts.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Salary Range: $30 - $34 per hour
