What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications while solving complex scheduling situations
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with VIP stakeholders and manage company-wide communications
- Execute special projects and manage events, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Maintain records, files, and CRM data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
