TTS Studios seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to strengthen the CEO’s operating rhythm in North Charleston, SC. This on-site role focuses on prioritization, organization, and discreet handling of sensitive information.

Role Description: TTS Studios is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to strengthen the company’s operating rhythm by helping the CEO focus on the right priorities and ensuring decisions, commitments, and information move reliably across the organization. The CEO is also currently overseeing many day-to-day operational responsibilities, creating a broad and changing mix of executive, leadership, and operational priorities. This role is not only about keeping the CEO on track. It exists to make the company work better: preparing him to make timely decisions, reducing friction and roadblocks for colleagues, keeping work from falling through the cracks, and helping leadership cadences run consistently. The EA must be able to organize complexity, follow up respectfully, redirect attention when needed, and handle sensitive information with disciplined discretion.

What Success Looks Like: The Executive Assistant will be successful when the CEO is consistently spending time on priorities, employees and leaders receive timely decisions, context, and follow-up, and fewer commitments depend on memory or last-minute intervention. Meetings should be prepared, decisions captured, delegated work visible, and open loops driven to closure. The larger measure will be when the organization operates with greater clarity, consistency, and follow-through. Within 30 days, the EA should establish a reliable daily brief, inbox triage, meeting follow-up, and commitment-tracking rhythm. Within 90 days, the EA should be anticipating recurring needs, protecting the CEO’s focus, reducing friction across the organization, and independently driving agreed business rhythms with minimal prompting.

Location: North Charleston, South Carolina. This position is fully on-site and does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Job Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt). Full-time preferred; a reduced schedule may be considered.
Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
