Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

Note: This role requires on-site presence at our Manhattan, NYC office at least once a week.

The Executive Assistant will support two Senior Vice Presidents in Agency. This individual will be the first point of contact with our internal team and Agents on behalf of the executives. The role involves working effectively with senior executives, administrative assistants, department team members, employees across New York Life, and external partners. The position is based at our New York City Office.
The ideal candidate must have a proactive, learning mindset, excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle confidential information tactfully. Strong judgment and decision-making skills are essential, especially in atypical or infrequent situations. The candidate should also be capable of providing solutions based on existing procedures.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Overtime eligible: No
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Base salary depends on experience, skills, and location. Employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and incentive programs.
