  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

Qualifications

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High School degree

Job Highlights

  • 100% Onsite M-F 9 am - 6 pm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with travel planning (international and domestic)
  • Experience with heavy calendar management and meeting coordination (internal and external)

Compensation

  • $41.67 - $51.67 /hour Pay Rate
