Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $51.00/hr

JustinBradley’s client, a global leader in payment processing, is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the leadership team within the Commercial and New Payment Flows organization. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You’ll work closely with senior executives, including the Head of Product, to manage daily operations and logistics with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination (domestic/international), expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
  • Organize and schedule meetings across multiple time zones, including catering, technology setup, and conference room bookings.
  • Take, distribute, and follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
  • Maintain department records, org charts, and internal documentation.
  • Order office supplies and manage mail, communications, and general team support needs.
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, especially related to expense and calendar management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role, ideally within a corporate or financial environment.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives; experience supporting multiple stakeholders is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and expense management systems (e.g., Concur or similar).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and perform well under pressure.
