Addison Group in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior legal executives in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, partners, attorneys, or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong legal administrative experience, including legal document preparation, filing coordination, deadline management, and attorney support.
  • Demonstrated success managing highly complex calendars, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and provide proactive solutions with minimal direction.
  • Experience delivering high-touch, white-glove executive support with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and adapt communication styles to meet executive preferences.
  • Outstanding judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Luxury hospitality, concierge, private office, or high-net-worth executive support experience is highly preferred.
  • Resilient, composed, and professional under pressure with the ability to thrive in a demanding, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to multiple senior legal executives within a sophisticated and fast-paced legal environment.
  • Manage complex and constantly changing calendars, strategically protecting executive time and prioritizing competing requests.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by anticipating needs, identifying potential conflicts, and recommending solutions before issues arise.
  • Coordinate and manage communication, scheduling, and priorities across multiple attorneys, clients, and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and other executive materials.
  • Track and manage critical legal deadlines, filings, court dates, meetings, and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel arrangements, including multi-city itineraries, changing schedules, and executive preferences.
  • Deliver an exceptional white-glove experience by proactively managing logistics and removing obstacles to maximize executive efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of executive preferences, work styles, travel habits, and communication expectations.
  • Provide occasional personal administrative support, including travel coordination, event planning, and executive lifestyle management as needed.
  • Remain accessible and responsive during executive travel periods and time-sensitive business matters.
  • Support special projects and other strategic initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.

Job description

Pay: $150,000–$175,000 base salary range with bonus potential of up to 10%.
