Job Details: Job Location: Lawton, OK 73507, Position Type: Full Time, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is a dependable professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and anticipate needs before they arise. This is an on-site position with regular hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Some days may require additional hours depending on business needs. Candidates must also be willing to work weekends when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Monitor emails and communications and help prioritize incoming requests.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Assist with projects, deadlines, and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and administrative issues.
- Support special projects and other duties as needed.
- Perform occasional errands, business-related tasks, or travel as requested.
Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 + years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Must be willing to work weekends when needed.
- Must be available to work on-site.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling when business needs require additional hours.
Physical Requirements
