JOB PROFILE SUMMARY The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and project coordination support to one or more senior executives at Peckham, enabling the leader they support to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. This role manages complex schedules, communications, and confidential information while fostering strong relationships across all levels of the organization. The Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, anticipates executive needs, and coordinates activities that require a thorough understanding of Peckham's policies, practices, and mission. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, maintaining confidentiality, fostering strong internal and external relationships, and supporting the mission-driven operations of Peckham.
