The Supply Chain Transportation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient, timely, and compliant movement of goods within a third‑party logistics (3PL) environment. This position coordinates all aspects of freight logistics, including less‑than‑truckload (LTL), full truckload, small parcel, rail, and chartered air shipments, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound logistics operations. The Specialist serves as a central point of communication between internal teams and external partners, maintaining operational alignment with customer requirements, service‑level agreements, and regulatory standards.
Manufacturing and Logistics This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery. Employees may also engage in bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Work is conducted in an environment with frequent exposure to noise, artificial lighting, and limited natural light. Occasional exposure to temperature changes, hazards, and heights may occur, requiring adherence to safety protocols. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities on a case‑by‑case basis.
