An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to senior leadership. This role involves managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. Responsible for providing high quality, timely executive assistance to the Executive Vice President and other executives as assigned. These tasks require a significant level of trust and self-discipline / confidential discretion. Tasks will include moderate to advanced difficulty requiring excellent clerical skills in multiple areas.
Preference may be given for those that can be located in Indianapolis, IN, Clinton, IN or Fargo, ND. This position is eligible for remote work.
