The Denver Museum of Nature & Science seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief Development Officer. The role supports day-to-day operations, manages calendars, coordinates travel, and prepares materials for meetings and donors.
In this highly visible position, you’ll handle sensitive information, maintain external relationships, and assist with events and projects to move priorities forward smoothly. Monday–Friday, occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Development Officer and help support the Development Division’s day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate a complex calendar, prepare leaders for meetings, communicate with donors and community partners, support the Museum’s Board, assist with special events and projects, and help ensure priorities move forward smoothly.

Job Class: Full Time
Hiring Range: $32-$35/hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
