Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in professional services or financial environments.
  • Experience supporting investor relations (IR) activities is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and logistics.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Support team-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
