The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional communications and meetings, prepare executive-level materials, and act as a dependable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional prioritization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate leaders’ needs across competing priorities.
