Job summary

Timken is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Leader to join our team in Rutherfordton, NC. In this role you will oversee daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining Timken’s high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-Time.

Shift: Afternoon Shift with regular hours of 3:00PM to 11:00PM Monday through Friday, plus required overtime.

Basic Qualifications

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
