Executive Assistant/ Office Manager, Finance, Boston/ 4 days in office weekly

About the company: boutique sized multi-billion$ investment firm in downtown Boston. Stable senior leadership team and exceptional longevity across the entire firm. What you'll do: as the sole support for this boutique sized office, you’ll manage executive logistics (calendar, travel, expense, and contact management) for a small team, and will handle the full scope of office operations, which is light and ranges from periodic event planning (annual meeting/ corporate outings), and greeting visitors, to coordinating vendors, supplies, and facilities. If time allows, you’ll prepare PowerPoint presentations and tackle ad hoc projects.

About you: you have approximately 5-7 years of executive support experience, from a financial services, investment management, or alternative investments setting and have a proactive approach to managing executive support- especially as it relates to planning out the coming year, understanding board meetings cadences, and planning the calendar and booking travel in advance. Proficiency in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Concur. You are comfortable being in- office 4 days per week; as this role is sole support for the office, it’s important that you’re reliable and embracing of the office presence.
