Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Managing Directors and their work. The role involves managing calendars, arranging travel, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Summary:
Our EAs are viewed as strategic partners who enable our teams to deliver gold standard work to our clients. In addition to providing administrative leadership for the PEPI practice, the EA will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and events. The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, organized, poised, and able to operate independently with strong attention to detail.
The salary range is $70,000-$85,000 annually, dependent on variables including education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
Full-time and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours
