Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking an Area Manager / Vice President, Field Operations to lead executive oversight of EPC construction projects across North America. The role ensures disciplined execution, safety excellence, and strong financial performance while aligning with corporate standards.

As a key link between project teams, business leadership, and executives, you will drive high-performing teams and develop future leaders within the Nuclear Solutions division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of EPC project execution experience with leadership of large, complex projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and accountability for a portfolio of EPC construction projects.
• Serve as the primary off-project leader for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, and resolution of complex issues.
• Provide financial oversight and accountability for project P&L performance.
• Mentor and develop project leadership to build organizational capability.
