Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Apple Systems Specialist to provide VIP-level IT support to DoD executives, focusing on macOS and Apple devices in secure government environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and Sec+ certification, with on-site work at Quantico, VA, and strict adherence to security protocols. You will deploy and manage devices with Jamf Pro/Workspace ONE, deliver discreet, high-touch service, and mentor others within a demanding IT setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years macOS/iOS device support experience.
• US Citizen with current TS/SCI clearance and Sec+ certification.
• Proficient in macOS/iOS workflows and Apple security practices.
• Experience with enterprise MDM and secure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP-level Apple support to government executives, including travel-ready IT assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues while upholding security protocols.
• Configure and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro and other MDM tools.
• Ensure STIG compliance and secure handling of data across environments.
• Serve as SME for macOS within the IT team and mentor colleagues.
• Deliver discreet, high-touch service with professional communication.
