Job summary

Saic is seeking a macOS Customer Support Analyst to support DCSA's OneIT program out of Quantico, VA. This is a fully onsite position with a target salary of $90-100k.

The role involves troubleshooting macOS systems, providing customer support, and collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions and improve service quality.

The ideal candidate should have relevant IT experience and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• IAT-II Certification (i.e., Security +CE or equivalent).
• Three to five years of IT support experience with macOS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point from Tier I support for macOS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user inquiries.
