Qualifications

• US citizen with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• 5 years of macOS and iOS device support experience required.
• Expertise in Apple ecosystem workflows and security.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect for deployment/enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP-level IT support to government executives for macOS and Apple devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues while following government security protocols.
• Configure and manage macOS devices using MDM solutions (Jamf Pro/Workspace ONE).
• Apply DISA STIGs and DoD security practices across Apple hardware/software.
• Serve as SME for macOS technologies within the IT team.
• Deliver professional customer service and executive-facing IT support.
• Provide training on Apple platform capabilities for executive users.
• Maintain operation in secure, hybrid environments including air-gapped networks.
