Job summary

Flexjet in Naples, FL seeks an Owner Experience Concierge to serve as the primary contact for clientele and flight crews, delivering world-class service and resolving needs with professionalism. You will check in guests, coordinate catering, transportation, and entertainment, and work with operations to support owner satisfaction, while maintaining a courteous and polished environment.

A high school diploma and prior customer service or hospitality experience are preferred; proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong customer service principles and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to clientele to develop long-term relationships.
• Greet clientele and crew in a friendly, professional manner and provide ongoing assistance.
• Coordinate catering, transportation, entertainment reservations, and other requests.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve conflicts and serve as owner advocate when needed.
• Ensure a pleasant work environment and well-maintained guest areas.
• Assist with dispatch duties coordinating services between crew and line staff.
• Transport crews and passengers to hotels or airports as required.
