Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service and build long-term relationships with clientele.
• Greet clientele and crew in a friendly, professional manner and assist as needed.
• Check in and register clientele, determine needs and follow up.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve conflicts and advocate for owners.
• Maintain a clean work environment and guest waiting areas.
• Inspect facilities and replenish amenities and beverages.
• Participate in customer appreciation and promotional events.
• Coordinate services between crew and line service personnel.
• Transport crews/passengers to local hotels or airports as needed.
• Initiate emergency response procedures when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
