Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in enterprise IT or service management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS or AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Micron's AI platform portfolio.
• Lead onboarding and configuration of AI platforms.
• Manage AI platform economics and budgeting.
• Define and operate the service management framework.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
