Job summary

Our client, a medical technology company in women's health, seeks a hands-on AI adoption coach for a 3–6 month contract in a San Diego office. You will work with the CEO and Chief Science Officer to accelerate real work through Claude and the Microsoft 365 Copilot stack, deploying templates, guides, and best practices to embed new habits.

You will set up accounts, permissions, and reusable prompts, while ensuring data security and confidentiality. Travel to other U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience training or coaching senior leaders through technology adoption.
• Hands-on with Claude or a comparable enterprise AI platform including setup and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Coach leadership on integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Work directly with CEO and CSO calendars to optimize decision making.
• Set up accounts, permissions, and reusable prompts across Claude and Copilot stack.
• Develop templates, reference guides, and best practices to outlive the engagement.
• Provide guardrails on data security and confidentiality for AI use.
