AI Adoption & Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Adoption & Innovation Specialist tto design and develop AI-enabled software. The role includes configuring AI solutions, building GPT-powered features using tools such as OpenAI, automating prompts and workflows, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers and technical staff to configure fields to adapt to cross software databases with 2-way linear automation, and AI prompt-engineering.
• Ability to read and write-back integration and refine direct links to optimize query across platforms and workflows.
• Perform systems integration with enterprise tools (CRMs, SharePoint, data warehouses, Microsoft 365) using APIs, connectors, and secure methods.
• Understanding how to test, debug, and AI-specific checks (prompt resilience, content moderation).
• Maintain analytics and reports on AI tool adoption across departments.
• Administrator will train, support and troubleshoot end users with training (hands-on, videos, guides) for use and understanding using AI prompts, CRM, and software.

Qualifications

• Quick learner with genuine interest in AI and exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform (especially Copilot Studio), or AI APIs.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM-based case management or business platform.
• Demonstrated experience building or configuring AI tools/agents in a business setting (prompt engineering, workflow automation, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex automation issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical staff to work cross-functionally all levels and departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
