Job summary

MasterClass is hiring an Admissions Advisor as a temporary, full-time role to support the next enrollment cycle. You will spend most of your day on the phone and in the inbox with applicants and admitted candidates — answering questions about the program experience, helping them weigh the value of enrolling, and guiding them from admission to enrollment ahead of cohort deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in admissions or enrollment advising, inside sales, or similar phone-forward roles.
• Able to handle 20–30+ meaningful conversations daily.
• Strong writing with warm, credible responses.
• Conversant in AI and its impact on business education.
• Organized CRM hygiene and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own a high volume of admissions calls and outreach with applicants and admitted candidates.
• Explain curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, and cohort experience, including time commitments.
• Advise on program value, fees, payment options, and how MasterClass Executive compares to alternatives.
• Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment with timely follow-up.
• Run employer-sponsorship communications and provide materials to secure company support.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and meet daily/weekly contact and response goals.
• Share questions and sponsorship themes with admissions and marketing to improve FAQs and copy.
• Provide surge coverage during peak moments like post-webinar follow-ups.
