Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company in Seattle is seeking an Executive Administrator to directly support our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. You will manage day-to-day office operations for a growing Seattle office and gain insight into how a property & casualty insurer runs from the inside out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with total discretion.
• Sharp organizational instincts: you track details and follow through without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership. Manage complex calendars and travel, prep materials and correspondence, and anticipate needs before they become problems, all with the judgment and discretion this level of access requires.
• Run the Seattle office. Be the go-to person for vendors, facilities, supplies, onboarding logistics, and anything that keeps the space safe, functional, and welcoming.
• Own special projects. Jump into cross-team initiatives, track them to completion, and look for ways to make the office and leadership team more effective.
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings & events. From Executive Leadership Team meetings to Board meetings to the company's annual meeting, manage logistics start to finish.
• Build real relationships. Across Home Office teams, agents, partners, and the community, while learning the insurance business from the inside out.
