Our mission is to drive demand for locally made concrete masonry, supporting a stronger, more resilient built environment—one block at a time.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a high‑performing, action‑oriented professional to serve as the Executive Administrative & Board Liaison Coordinator, supporting the CEO, Program Manager, and leadership of the CMC Board and Regional Advisory Committees (RACs). This role ensures seamless execution of meetings, investor communications, and organizational operations that fuel the Checkoff’s national impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and prepare all Board and RAC meetings; develop agendas, presentations, and minutes; manage rosters and follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate Program Committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, documentation, and follow‑up tracking.
  • Draft and distribute investor and stakeholder correspondence on behalf of leadership; maintain professionalism and consistency.
  • Manage master calendars and plan in‑person and virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events.
  • Maintain organized digital systems, monitor reporting deadlines, and assist with budget tracking and expense documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, investors, and partners—building confidence through timely and accurate communication.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years supporting executives or boards in nonprofit, association, or corporate settings.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office and collaboration skills (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
Why Join Us
