Job Corps is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Center Director. This role is critical in ensuring efficient center operations by coordinating communications, managing schedules, preparing reports, and supporting executive-level initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities with precision. Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. Prepare reports, presentations, and communications with professionalism and accuracy. Coordinate travel, events, and high-level meetings. Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed. Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide the Center Director's Office with high-level administrative support. Functions as the Center's lead administrative assistant and delegates and prioritizes tasks among other clerical and administrative positions. Assists the Human Resources Department by providing technical assistance related to personnel information processing, computer input and reporting and fringe benefit administration. May assume acting positions within the Human Resources Department. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information
