TheExecutiveAdministrative Assistant provides administrative support tothe C-Suiteand other senior executives by handling requests, scheduling meetings, overseeing schedules, preparingcorrespondenceand performing a variety ofadministrative supportfunctions with professionalism and discretion.This role requires excellentorganizationskills, critical thinking, attention todetailand the ability to handle confidential information.

This position is only eligible for legal residents of the United States of America.

Administrativeand Executive Support Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meetinglogistics
  • Coordinate cross-functional team schedules and recurring meetings
  • ScheduleBusiness Review and ClientDeliverablecalls
  • Organize and coordinate,travel & hotel and restaurant reservations,preparing agendas& meeting planning
  • Draft internal and external communications
  • Prepare,editand format executivepresentations(i.e.All Staff Meetings, Business Reviews, Client Presentations)
  • Support marketing and eventlogistics, including equipment shipments
  • Create trend graphs, analyze claims data, and format reportsusing available tools (Excel,Power BI,myDBR)
  • Coordinatefeedbackfrommultiple stakeholders to efficiently createrecurring and ad-hoc meetings
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Assist withCSO’sclient deliverables
  • Monitor and prioritize CEO’s email inbox
  • Collect,sort, and distribute company mail
  • Conduct research, compile data,and prepare documents for review
  • Support board meeting preparations, including distribution of agendas and materials
  • Manage company subscriptions and licenses (e.g., Encoder,PyCharm, Lucid, WBENC, PI)
Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma orGED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Businessor related fieldhighlypreferred
Experience:
  • 3 + years of strong PC knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Officewith a strong focus in Teams andPowerpointproducts
